Legal Process for Foreign Nationals in Repatriation Centers ( Removal Centers )<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Among those who are decided upon for deportation in Repatriation Centers; there are foreigners for whom administrative surveillance decisions are made by the governorate due to the risk of escape and disappearance, violation of entry or exit rules of Turkey, use of fake or false documents, failure to leave Turkey within the granted period without an acceptable excuse, and posing a threat to public order, public security, or public health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the foreign national in the Repatriation Centers, a lawsuit should be filed to annul the deportation decision and an objection should be made to terminate the administrative surveillance decision. While there is a seven-day period from the notification of the deportation decision to file for the annulment of the deportation decision, there is no time limit for lodging an objection to end the administrative surveillance decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
